Getting married...
« on: June 06, 2007, 08:04:01 AM »
Yes i'm taking the leap...last year while trying to plan our wedding, my fiancee and i decided to just get married in reno and just keep it small and have a reception when we come back...

Anyway its coming up fast, we are leaving the 15th, getting married the 16th and im bowling the 17th and 18th...what more can a guy ask for i get to bowl on my honeymoon

Any words of wisdom guys?  Anyone else have any stories about getting married out of town?

Timing could have been a little better, could've bowled first than get married, that way the wife will see that you went to Reno to get married, right now it's a trip that was made to bowl, and while we are there lets get  married.

I agree with Deadflush, Yes Dear is a very good phrase that'll serve you well indeed, but, don't forget this one too " your right, and I'm sorry"

it was actually HER decision to get married before i bowl...i left it all up to her...AND mostly her idea to do it out there (surprised the heck out of me!)

and yes dear is already very prominent in my vocabulary

Actually G its gotten worse, after she stopped working at Lady Foot Locker it turned into a PURSE problem...although as long as she doesnt say anything about the 60 or so bowling balls in this house, i have nothing to say about her purses lol

Thanks for the well wishes guys...

Ask Atwood his ideas about Marriage.. he would say something along the lines of. What exactly does the guy have to gain out of marriage. Pretty funny, we were just talking about marriage the other day too..

Good Luck and Bowl Well up there!!

grats

not an expert, but think marriage as bargain, the win win situation is the best for both, so in most of the situations, try to have that balance
--------------------
When a house bowler misses the mark, misses the break point and strike, for many ppl its called a wallshot. When a pro does that its call adjustment

When a house bowler gets his finger stuck in the ball and fall on the lanes, for many ppl its called lame bowler. When a pro does that its called the Machuga flop! ha i like this one.
