i just got back and let me tell you on the left they arent as tight as everyone says  tried a 4000 abaralon fury and it was way to much and i tried to force it the entire team event with no results   in doubles i used a shiny widow and shot 686 going 13 to 9 with a great reaction   you dont need as much surface as everyone says

I played up 5 with a columbia bully with smooth surface(around 1500). Shouldn't be to hard...keep your speed soft and just let it roll. However, in singles I had to move...oh no. lol. I switched to my inferno and played around 15 to 8...shot 666 in team, 637 and 609 in dbls/sngls.

I bowled w/ 2 reasonably good lefties. Lower rev player w/ lower roll used Inferno straight up between 6 and 10, had a good look. When he missed missed right ball stayed in play for relatively easy spares or Brooklyns. Miss left was disaster, washouts or worse. More aggressive player stayed right up back of ball, used a small swing shot between 10 and 5 using Total NV and a Storm Jolt and bowled well. Miss left is bad, very late recovery and never made the pocket for washouts or worse. Miss inside was better for both. Good luck.
