Nationals pattern for a

Phoenix 8 Pad machine.
 
Does anyone have access to the 2011 Nationals lane pattern for a Phoenix 8 Pad lane machine and can share it with me? I'm trying to help out a proprietor that hasn't been able to get a hold of it.

This can be disregarded, Kegel got back to me with the pattern.
 
It can be found here incase anyone else was looking for it.
