Nah! They simply get in an unsanctioned sport league and get in the classified with a phony average. Besides if the USBC Open is going to continue to be run on a sport shot why shouldn't the adjustment apply in both directions? That is if I'm a 200 average on a THS why shouldn't I be downgraded to the equivalent sport average on the adjustment scale?
Better yet why not have everybody use their USBC Open average after 18 or 27 games to determine eligibility. Until you get the requisite number of games, you bowl in the regular division. Or you could require them to use their highest ever avaerage until 18/27 games are achieved. Something like this would go a long ways to limit the "average management" that is making the classified division a joke.
