I'm guessing that I will go. Throw the bowling balls in the trunk and drive. It's a 500 mile boring drive, but once a year I can deal with it.

I will go no mater where it is as long as I physically and financially can. Think this makes 16 straight and hope to go till I can't pick up a ball. I would rather go somewhere else too, but the economy and lack of interest has put us where we are. I can live with it for now or forever if I have to. I really didn't want to go to Orlando every three years either, but I would have.

Ok, so I've changed my mind...I had no intention of going this year, let alone in future years. However, I realized I love to bowl too much to miss this event, regardless of how crappy I bowl!! I've travelled enough in my career to realize there are worse places to be than Reno, so a few days won't kill me.

This will be my 25th, been to 25 of 26 and plan to go next year because I can drive to Baton Rouge. After BR I plan to go to only the tournaments I can drive to. Cost to fly and the restrictions/hassle are too much to deal with. I may start planning on taking a team to the Military tournament in Vegas rather than the USBC each year. At least it would be more competitive for us.
