Yes, it's Kegel. I believe they signed a contract a few years ago with USBC through 2008.

The oil is Kegel Infinity -- it's listed on the lane conditions page.

I have talked to a few people that did a test or two on the lanes. Said they should be interesting. I hear they are using a completely different oil from last year! You can play out like last year and they play just a little longer. If you choose to get in your projection through the fronts has to be really good. I hear you can throw it out the window fairly easy with this new oil! Last year for me when I got in and hooked it, I could get it back from around 5 or so. This year I hear 8 is the window basically!
