That was an awesome thing to watch. A few good breaks, a few bad breaks and a ton of great shots took them there. Just crazy to think they missed 4 ten pins as a team and still shot that, but it just shows how you have to be mentally strong and stay loose.

Congrats Guys!

No kidding. After the first game I really thought that there was a train wreck coming. Gail Myers couldn't carry anything for the first game and a half. Didn't Richter have 29 clean when he whiffed the 10 pin in the 10th frame of the 3rd game? WOW!

Very educational for me and I'm hoping that the team that I'm bowling with is willing to work together to open the shot up. I doubt it, but one can hope.

The definition of team bowling.  Be patient and stick to the game plan.  It worked and they made the shots when needed.  Myers looked like he had one of the better looks early on but couldn't get the pins to cooperate.

Let's give a big kick in the backside to the jackasses that attempted to webcast their efforts.  It would have been a lot better had you employed six or seven police sketch artists to publish Turbo's results.

Congratulations to the entire compliment of bowlers on the pair.

Congratulations to Riggs and his team.

I tried to watch last night, but could not get it to work for me.  I was trying to use someone else's computer and it may not have had the proper codecs or software installed.

Gary,

The webcast last night was down for a 10 - 15 min. time frame or so.  A tech glitch it seemed.  You may have tried to join at that time?

Nice bowling Marc, Steve, Jeff, Gail and Mike!

I watched the 1st game ... didn't look like they were going good .. at 1 AM I gave it up and went to bed .. I thought the show was a great idea .. perhaps an earlier event would benefit the East coast! Congratulations to the group!

Scott, that may be.  I don't remember exactly what time I was trying, but it would have been after the posted start time, about an hour later.

Great spare shooting for the most part. Great bowling/strategy. All ten guys obviously new what they were doing in the first game in breaking the lanes down. I learned much.

Damn nice shooting!  I hope you guys do as well in the minors!

On behalf of the 4 Air Force Teams heading to compete out in Reno the first coupld of days in July, a huge THANK YOU for not only the great information you have been so very kind enough to pass along but for being true ambassador of bowling and of team bowling! I know I am rooting for you guys to kick butt in the minors!

With your help hopefully we can make a run at you guys for at least a game!!

Thank you again and best of luck today!

While not up on the USBC site yet, it looks like Riggs team survived Linds Limited at least. Nothing for them on the Team standing, but if you go to the individual results it looks like they shot 3004 for team event, with their minors still to come today. Would take some big scores in doubles and singles for them to beat Turbo 2 N' 1 in Team All-events as well.

One down, but many good teams still to come. Great Shooting guys! Congrats.

That is correct. Linds' sister team Red Carpet Lanes had a shot at us in the 10th of game three but ended with 3,250 for second:
