Has anyone stayed there? Do they have a shuttle to the NBS?
-
yes they have a shuttle. Its got good food, beds were kinda hard last time, but they have a killer rate if you call and ask for the PBA rate, you can get $20 a night during the week and $45 on weekends....
I stay there every time just for the value...
-
I tried to get the PBA rate to work online but it wouldn't accept it.
Still got it pretty reasonable $176 for 4 nights.

All things are better when they come from Texas.
-
Last time we were there, they had hard beds in one of the towers, softer ones in the other tower. We just asked for the softer beds, and they were very accomodating.

I have stayed at the Sands at least 20 times I would estimate since the late 1990s. (They are a PBA sponsor.) The people there are awesome -- only place in the world I've ever gotten the craps dealers to yell 2BAD! when a point is made. The facility has been fixed up a lot in the last decade. If you like a luxury facility stick to the Silver Legacy. If you're comfortable staying at a place like a Super 8 you will have no problems with the Sands.
