USBC City for 2011
« on: May 15, 2007, 10:38:05 PM »
My vote is back to one of the best trips in 15 years and one of the highest voted trips.   Billings, Montana voted as one of the best trips ever.

rge hit it right on the head.  The days of Big Cities hosting this event are long over.  The USBC is asking for a lot and that is why the major cities do not bid.  If you want your city to bid you need ot get your local association to push the city convention board to put in a bid.  Throwing out names of cities does no good.  The USBC does not solicite entries they just accept what they get.  It is up to the city to put in abid.

Cross to this topic. I emailed USBC and recommended San Antonio, TX and Atlanta, GA. I got quick reply back that those are two of many cities they're talking with currently.
