I just came back from Reno yesterday and ate some good food while out there for the 6 day trip.  I would second the vote for the pizza at the Brew Brothers in the El Dorado.  There is a coupon in the book they give you at the team event for 2 for 1 pizzas which were very good.  Also, I would suggest eating at Sterling's Steak house inside of the Silver Legacy.  The steaks were very good and the desserts are awesome.  Just a quick side note, stop by just to check out the mountain high chocolate fudge cake as a dessert which could be eaten as a whole meal.  Also, I would suggest getting a players club card at the Silver Legacy because they have a kiosk that you can swipe your card 4 times a day in 2 hour intervals and get free things including 2 for 1 dinners at Sterling's or Flavors buffet along with 2 for 1 comedy tickets or free desserts.  Plus you can use the comps while gambling to help pay for the meals at the Silver Legacy along with the $10 off coupon in the book from the tournament.  The last thing that I would suggest is the seafood buffet at the El Dorado on Friday night.  Everything was good including the all you can eat Alaska Crab Legs and other entres.
