Can someone pass along the website URL for this year's tournament? I used to get in through abctournament.com, but that has an ad page now. There's a small useless paragraph at bowl.com but surely that can't be it.

Yes it is it.  USBC changed the page and it is not user friendly and it is just awful.

Wow, I'm just shaking my head. I went over there again tonight, hoping, thinking, I've got to be missing something.... Unfortunately, I'm not missing anything. It's gone way downhill. What a disappointment.
