The Visionary Raven Invasion uses the Ogre HDC Core, surrounded by the new Implex II Pearl coverstock.  This coverstock is a formulation that utilizes the same great base polyols found in the React-A-Tack and Eradicator covers, but 2 new additives have been used to increase backend reaction, and it's ability to create in the oil.
The Raven Invasion can used for all medium house conditions ( med light to med heavy ).  On most house patterns, this can be used as a benchmark ball that can often times be used throughout the entire night without having to make huge adjustments as the lanes break down.

Old synthetics, medium volume ths. The Raven Invasion is a little stronger and more angular than my Gladiator pearl. I've used this ball the last three weeks, and it really works well for my down and in style. Excellent reaction and drop dead gorgeous appearance. A lot to like, nothing to dislike.

Have been throwing VBP for years and this ball sets a new standard! Drilled it similar to my Raven, pin above bridge, cg kicked rt with weight hole upper finger quadrant. Did not have immediate sucess with the ball. Took some small surface tweaks, but after settling in around 1550 with light coat of Ultimate polish, I have found my favorite Visionary ball. Use it as first ball out in both leagues, and apart from the driest conditions, the Invasion excels on many conditions. Smooth, predictable roll and perhaps the best pin carry of any ball I've ever  owned! And as advertised- I have used this one for an entire set with very little adjustments. Jason and Co. have hit one outta the park with this gorgeous ball!!! Great job VBP!
