I shot 700 out of box, and my brother in law shot his all time new high of 794 with the Gladiator last night, This ball is very smooth , I can see it being the new benchmark ball soon. It reminds me alot of my Ogre Pearl but with a strong arc.

Mine was drilled with pin above bridge, and cg kicked out about 1'',
basic 4.5 X 4. i left it box finish. My last game i split in the 7th & 9th frame i could have shot 740 easy. but the lanes where drying up quick. Not to mention our in our house i was on 1 & 2 and the wall is so close to lane 1 that you cannot get as deep as you need.

The other ball is drilled pin below ring, and cg kicked out about 2'' with weight hole in the thumb quad. 4 X 3 drill. box fiinish
Both balls rolled awesome, the 4 x 3 was abit stronger on the back but overall both balls where excellent.

I may try 4000 abralon on mine or add a light polish just to get alittle more length.

I highly recommend the Gladiator to all VBP bowlers..

VBP got this one right on the money , Great job VBP

Scott , we bowl on wood lanes with med to heavy oil THS, but the oil seems to go away kinda fast , We have to start moving towards the end of the first game
