2 versions which were already stated...Solid and Pearl.
Ball should roll up about the same as the Gladiators, but with a good 3-4 more boards on the backends!!
Looks like I know what Santa needs to bring me a little early!!
Anyone else????

If the Gladiators are about the same as the Executioners, I think I may stick with them.
I am still grieving over the loss of the executioner line lol
I will have to wait until I see a picture of the core, that will do it for me.

I've been checking it just about everyday....it ain't happenen' til it's on that list. Figured with the TX move USBC might not get it on as fast as they would if in WI....everything happens slower in TX.

So is this a new Gryphon or is this an entirely new line?
New line to replace the Immortal line since Immortals can be no longer produced. High differential though just under the limits. It will be interesting to see the new core.

Hmmm interesting I heard this line was pushed back into next year because it was not upto snuff, guess they got the tweak fixed that was needed.
This was on the high performance line so maybe this is a different line, who knows just know what was floating around within the last 3-4 weeks.
-
Bump for more thought??
I've heard the colors are an interesting combination to say the least.....will have to see.
The balls are a new line, but in terms of what Visionary does....and this is my interpretation....they find holes their lineup has and fills them. If the Immortals can't be replaced, then there is a need to be filled.
Not sure what else I can say.....will be very interesting!!

I'd expect a high differential core - that's what's really missing with the Immortals but also the Centaur core gone. As an idea, why change a winning team? Just put the React-A-Tack coverstock around a core with 0.06" RG diff., and Visionary will have a winner (again)! Emerald green and black solid... white and yellwo engravings... Enter the dragon

No sense stirring the pot til they are ready to manufacturer and ship. Cuz it ain't gonna happen til it's ready.
In reality most of us don't bowl on league shots or are fluffer types that can use these hook monsters. I say most there are a few.

On edit: FYI.....saw this on the MoRich site....assume this is also indicative with the new line of balls from Visionary....so that explains some things....but I thought that with the move to TX by the USBC.
"Note: USBC has notified MoRich that due to recent issues with moving their servers to their new HQ that access to the approved ball list is not currently available. USBC notified MoRich that on Nov 13, the LevRG RESPONSE was APPROVED for USBC competition. They apologize for the inconvenience."

OK boys and girls......the information is coming very very soon.... There is no point in telling you guys that we did receive approval since they already posted it....but I will tell you that we are releasing it quickly because we want it ready for the Christmas rush.
In addition, I can tell you right now that we are releasing both the solid and the pearl new breeds at the same time. I will have alot more info for everyone tomorrow.
PS....Even though we had to make modifications to our original design, this ball is just as good or better than our original!

Can I pose a question here? If the New Gladiators are the new highend line from VBP What is going to happen to them when the New Breed comes out? Galdiators be discontinued? I would find that hard to beleive or would the Gladiators replace the first two Ogres?
Just thoughts from a tierd dude
--------------------
MainzerPower
-
It will probably be as follows in no particular order...
Gladiator Line
New Breed Line
Gryphons
Ogre Line
The Gladiators and New Breed replace the immortals and AMB centaurs in the line up cause they can no longer be produced.

mainzer,
This is the way I see it.
Gladiators replaced the Executioner line and have same basic ball motion as they did.
New Breed will replace Immortal line and AMB Centaur. Ball for floods now is Ogre Particle.
So from most hooking to least.
New Breed
Gryphon
Gladiator
Ogre
B/G Centaur and Urethane Ogre

I believe he is saying this because they will replace both the immortals and amb line.
basically a high flare and high performance line. IMO there is a need to fill that gap for those that need/want a ball that will flare a good amount as even my gladiator doesnt flare a whole lot and its drilled to increase flare.
something along the lines of the immortal solid or amb solid/bronze would be just great.

The pearl seems to be red/yellow? That looks really good, though.

Scotts,
I agree with you based on the numbers. I've got a Frankie May drilled pin under and that's what it does, rolls very strong off the breakpoint and because of it's a solid isn't jerky like a pearl.
Check out my arsenal page for other layouts....I'm hoping to get both balls soon however I'm planning on going with a 2-3 pin on the solid and a 3-4 on the pearl. Not sure about the layouts just yet, but it will find a place in my bag for sure....

Interesting thing.....I remember when the Glad Pearl came out. I thought the ball was ugly, and then when I saw it in person, I thought it wasn't bad. Now....I love watching that thing roll down the lane an chew up everything in sight!!

Ok, I see that the new breed will be ready for order on Dec.1, but honestly the one I am waiting for is the urethane ogre, so does anyone know if it will be out the same time?
-
try double clicking in the white screen, for me if done in the right location it comes up. This would be for the main first link which shows both balls. I can't get it to work for the other links either.
Good Luck

I also can not see the pictures using IE. Could someone post them on a different photo hosting service, and repost a link?

on edit...... If you are using internet explorer, and the image sizes are too large, go to your internet explorer tools bar, click internet options, and under the advanced tab there should be an option to automatically resize images. Click this and apply and it should automatically open images that are too large to the size that will fit on your screen.

I'm not so sure these new balls might not be a replacement for the Gryphons. The RG and Diff. numbers are very similar, but with a slightly higher RG and lower Diff. The covers are probably stronger though, so it may give a similar roll as those two. I hope they don't discontinue the Gryphons, but it looks like they may.

Enjoy the people on the ballreview.com forum. Like to help when I can.

Thanks MC, the links worked, and thanks Jason for reposting it. I am not so sure about the solid, but I don't use solids much anyway to much hand, and not enough speed. The pearl however, looks sweet. Well I guess I know two new bowling balls on my Christmas wish list, new breed pearl and urethane ogre.

Hopefully everyone can atleast get one of those sets to work.
I also wanted to mention that I sent out an email to all test staff members, pro shops, and individuals who have requested new release information and received about 200 returned emails. If you have changed your email address, and still want new release information, please let me know by emailing me at vbppromotions@aol.com
Anyone who did not receive the email, and would like to be added to the list, please contact me and I will add you to the list. When you email me, please let me know if you are a pro shop (mention which pro shop), a test staff member (please mention membership number), or an individual so that I can add you to the proper mailing list in my address book. Also, if you are a pro shop, please note which distributor you purchase through, because from time to time distributors run specials and I want to be able to send you those as well.
Thanks again,
