One POSSIBLE reason why the Ogre is oil-shining up so quickly is NOT the cover, but the fact that the core has such a low RG differential, which, in turn, implies very little flare. The IS and the FMG both have EXTREME flare; so the oil lines will not overlay one another, but be very spread out.
Again this is only a possible reason. The other is the amounts of oil and where you play.
All dull ball, resin or particle, will get an oil shine over time; there is no avoiding that. Some sooner; some later.Even a great cleaner like Legends will only put off your having to refresh the cover; it will not stop your having to do that. Of course it puts it off longer than most other cleaners. Also the use of Clean and Dull after every 3 or 4 sessions on heavy oil will laso help a lot.
The Ogres are general control balls meant to hlep you covercome wet/dry or over/under situations. If you want a stronger oil ball than the solid Ogre in the Visionary line, the FMG, Frankie May Gryphon is a good choice. If you need more the FMG, the AMB particle is as strong (not big hooking, but the important part: oil handling) as they get.
