ball suggestion help
« on: May 03, 2010, 05:41:22 AM »
This is for a friend of mine, he just went down in weight to 14lb. Currently he is throwing a Gladiator Pearl drilled rico. he loves the ball but when we have carry down or weak back ends it doesnt want to finish for him. he has med speed & revs.
I suggested a Glad solid drilled the same since he loves the rico layout and only bowls league 2x a week.

Do any of you suggest anything other then that, I thought a bout a new breed solid but i am not sure how much stronger it is then a glad solid.

I would think a New Breed Particle Pearl would do the trick. With the particle in the cover, he may not have to do a RICO layout.  He can still get the midlane from the core, but the particle in the cover should help bite through the carry down and give a smooth backend and continuation through the pins.
