Blue Centaur Particle Question

Hello Visionary people.
I have a buddy who has a Blue Centaur he wants to sell me.  Been looking for a heavy oil ball, but from the reviews on here it looks more like a friggin Exxon Valdez ball than simply heavy.  Anybody else who didn't write a review got any input?

I am intrigued by Visionary.  I have been a long time Hammerhead.  Started like many with the Blue Urethane, and never looked back.  I had no idea this was a branch off of the Faball tree, until I read about it today... although I must admit, the first time I ever saw a charcoal Executioner, my mind instantly thought JPF Axe...

Looking for any 14lb Hammers, particularly older oddball stuff.
So if you have a 14lb Faball or Diesel or Vicious or Blade or Hawg laying around shoot me a PM

Maybe you could take the cover up from 320-grit.  Almost anything will be a "friggin Exxon Valdez ball" at 320-grit.  You might as well wipe the oil off the lane with a towel first.  600-800-grit should move it out of "Valdez" territory into the merely "heavy" category.

I have one sanded up to 1000, then polished A LOT! Doesn't take the polish too well, but it does get shiny.

The result? A great ball that can still handle a substantial amount of oil, but won't hook on the ball return before you pick it up. A fantastic ball for playing up the edge hard because of no over/under.

Play with the cover, and I'm sure you'll find something you'll like, just don't try to get a mirror shine on the sucker

LOL...you are right about that.  I bet that thing feels like a cinder block.
