Frankie May = OMG
« on: January 15, 2009, 12:33:15 AM »
Some other members on here had suggested that i haad the wrong layout on my FM Gryphon. It didnt really move much for me and like i have stated before i get alot of hand on it. So i plugged and redrilled it.

New lay out 4.5 x 4 , Pin is in the ring finger closer to the bridge. Now i cant seem to find enough oil to use it. This thing is a monster oil ball.
I used it for the first 5 frames tue nite, I had to play the whole lane and was still had trouble keeping in the pocket. I have never seen a ball make such a strong turn in the oil before. I have the surface @ 2000 Abralon.
The hit was amazing too , It had a sound of its own and destroyed the pins .

Anyone looking for a Oil ball please try the Frankie May. This ball will amaze you.

Thanks to all the helped me decide which layout to try.

Just second that, mine is similar and I can make it hook the whole lane with little effort if need be - or keep it tight. This thing is very easy to handle, STRONG, even when shiny, has very good traction, an underrated piece.
