Glad Pearl for me same layout straightened up for me at friction.  All New Breed Pearl and Glad Pearl straighten up for me at friction.

OP lil longer drove harder on backend with less motor.  OP is rolly want a rolly pearl the OP is it.

I realize this isn't answering the question.....but I think it depends on what you wanted to see out of the balls.

If question is asked to see which ball is stronger, then I believe the Glad Pearl is supposed to be stronger overall with more snap as well.  That goes with saying that each person is goin go see different results possibly.

For me, I have the OP and GP drilled about the same with the cover of the GP taken up to 2000 polish.  I get more length out of the ball and overall, as Scott mentioned, a more continuous read than the snappier one I get with the OP.

Also depends on where I am playing!!

The cover on the OgreP is much stronger than the one on the GladP, but the core on the GP is much stronger. This makes the OP require medium oil for average drillings, while the GP seems more flexible in its range of oil coverage, medium-light to medium.

I found that unless I had at least true medium oil, the OP would burn up in the midlane and not be continuous at the backend. In fact, it would be almost weak. But that was only because I didn't see enough oil and the flare potential of the OP was much less. It is much more of a control ball, in my experience.

I've had better luck with the GP because of both its greater flare potential allowing me to just move deeper and because of its weaker cover not burning up so quickly.

Higher ball speed will allow you to use the OP on lighter oil, as well as higher pin positions or smaller drill/VAL angles.

Comparing my friend's OP to my GP the OP has more finish.  My GP is stronger overall but is more smooth and controlled.

But then again I can change my rotation to make the GP finish just as hard.
