There's a seller on EBAY that says they can still order them from Visionary...

Hi Ric

There are plenty still around, and we still have them.  Just go to your local pro shop and ask them to order one for you, or look around online.  You should be able to find them alot of places.  If you have problems locating one, and your pro shop won't order it for you, please let me know and I will help you get one.
