A couple of random thoughts:

Beware, as there is nothing else in the Visionary line quitelike the Purple Ice (The Centaur is a distant cousin), that I am aware of. I suspect you liked it because it is probably a urethane base with a particle "seed". It is one of the most love-it or hate-it balls that I have ever seen. Most people are perplexed by its performance.  I would hesitate to use it as a gauge of other Visionary balls.

I suspect you may find the Granite Gargoyle of some use, with a slight polish.

Not sure if any other Vis balls might interest you (The DC Tour, the pink one, is a remote possibility; Mr. Phillip Marlowe loved that one.)

I'll add another vote to the love-or-hate concept of the purple ice. Excaliber, if you like the ice, try something in the Gargoyle or Gryphon lines, as they are more widely liked. I had an ice and, on the right conditions, it was awesome. Unfortunately, I just couldn't get the hang of it, so it is gone. The granite and green gargoyles are both excellent balls. The Granite works wonderfully polished or dull while the greenie is as good of a lighter condition ball as you're going to find. Visionary makes some great gear at great prices, and their customer service people are awesome. So if you liked the ice, pick up something else and prepare to be really amazed.
