Hi proform,
I am sorry that you feel that way, but I can assure you that we are doing everything that we can within our advertising and promotions budget, to promote our equipment throughout the entire US.
We are currently sponsoring more bowlers, and more domestic tournaments than ever before. We sponsor several tournaments in Michigan, Missouri, Pennsylvania, Nevada, Texas and many others. In addition, we are currently the official sponsor of the Pennsylvania state bowling tournament, and sponsor of the largest travel league in the US with the TCBA.
We are advertising in our trade magazines on a more frequent basis (Bowlers Journal and Bowling This Month), and have numerous sponsorship deals that we are working on as we speak.
Unfortunately when you keep everything in house, there are times where some things get put on the backburner in order to get more important things done. Jim, who is the president of the company, develops the new core designs, and also maintains our website, has been forced to do doubletime over the past several months, because our machinist of 23 years had to move due to unforseen circumstances. On top of everything else, he has been developing a new multicolor pouring system so that we can pour 3-4 color balls (which you will see in the very near future).
We do everything in house, so that we can try and keep our prices as low as possible for the consumers. There are going to be times where the website does not get updated as often as it could, but a website is pretty low on the totem pole when it comes to a business.
As far as the little jab about not responding to anything except ballreviews, if I have ever missed an email from someone I'm sorry, but I try to get answers to everyones emails and calls as quickly as possible, and to the best of my knowledge I have responded to and taken care of every email and phone call I have received.
