About the Visionary website...
« on: August 05, 2008, 08:31:29 AM »
This is just a thought, as I love this bowling company a lot and insist a lot of the people in the area check it out...

Maybe Jason, you could look into updating the other items on the site, like the bags/towels/shirts. It's a great site, and keeps up with the ball info and all, but there's no pics of things that I get asked about (like totes and current polos).

Once again, Visionary is a great company, and I will be throwing them down the lane as far as I can see, but figured I'd give ya an opinion of mine. Keep up the great work at the plant....

BWS,

You have just recently gotten into Visionary.  The website as it sits now is WAY BETTER than it has been in the past.  I'll give Jason some time to move it forward.  Actually looking at other mfg. websites it's as good or better.

It's why you can get a hold of Betsey and get answers to your needs.  How many other manufacturers can you say that about?  Pick up the phone and get answers.  Seems most have to see it on a website....including BR.com to make it true or real.  But, that isn't really how to get answers.....is it?

Just my take.

yea I agree. Visionary... has given me what I feel as the best balls Ive ever put my fingers in and hurled them 60 ft.

I guess you cant blame them for everything when it comes to small companies but at least put up some photos of the new shirts and bags.

I learned a long time ago with small companies a phone call solves everything but you have a point. what if someone who isnt really into visionary supposed to see what the bags or shirts look like?

im loving my visionary stuff... from the balls all the way to the shirts, everything has been excellent.
keep doing what your doing and I wont buy from any other company.

The problem might be that their shirt suppliers keep changing what styles are available so Visionary (being a small company and not able to order thousands of each size shirt at one time) has to constantly buy different style shirts and is unable to keep the website updated with pictures of the newer shirts.

As Scott said, it is relatively easy to either call or email Betsy and she will send an email with the pictures of the current shirts.  This is only my personal thoughts on this and is not based on any official Visionary statement.

Scotts,

I have actually been throwing Visionary for many years (purchased a NIB Green and Granite soon after they came out). I have recently gotten into the Test Staff, as it was not a luxury I could afford prior....trust me I wanted to!

I was in no way knocking their site, just offering possible pointers. Betsy IS a doll and a complete help when it comes to orders (like the thorough help with finding older 2X polos for part of my order...and Purple Ice Executioners that fit the specs I was in need of). I do understand that they're a smaller company, and wouldn't trade their equipment in for the world!

Great to hear Big Willy!

I figure cuz they are smaller they don't have the staff to just change things super fast.  When, I want to know something I call Betsey or e-mail Jason.  They normally get back to me within a day or so.  It's good that they put their contact info. on the site and do get back to users very quick.
