Very nice videos!
I see basically the same reaction with my Ogre solid and pearl. Except I had the pearl drilled a little weaker, while the solid is at 4x4. That way I don't see as much overlap in the 2 balls.

These two balls have quickly found their way into my bag…they are both great balls. The high RG low diff core is easy for anyone to match up with. These balls are so controllable!
I find the Solid Ogre being able to handle a good amount of oil, which is why I am leaving it OOB for the thicker stuff. On a normal medium-light THS tho it can be a bit much. I find that the pearl matches up with me better on this shot, very easy through the heads but really jumps off the dry…shot 290-740 last Thursday with it!
The consistency they provide also makes them great balls for the tougher shots…ive found the Solid Ogre is GREAT on a lot of the PBA patterns due to the increased volume up front (compared to my THS)
Thanks for the comments and questions guys keep them coming!

I love your videos. There are very well done and informative. The Ogres will be the next bowling balls I purchase and I can't wait. Your videos showed me that these two balls will be a great addition to my arsenal.

Thanks Guys! The complements and PM's make it all worth while!
I know alot of you are probably on the edge when it comes to buying a visionary ball...i was too at one point in time, i kept looking at them saying ohh maybe next ball i get will be a VBP ball
I can tell you this, dont be afraid to pull the trigger and buy one! you will not be disappointed, just as much performance as the Bigger companies bowling balls with better customer service to back them...Thanks again to Jason and his crew for getting me these pieces and working with me on this video...it will not be my last for him!
KidR- the software is called Ulead Studio, and it is great stuff!
Again if you have any more ?'s or comments feel free to share them...

To me, the balls just hit, they are nothing to be a hook monster. Mostly for players with alot of hand looking for a controlable ball.

Nice job Britton. Per usual your vids are the best on the site. Great comparison. Jason is going to have to put you on the payroll.
I love both of my Ogre's.

I went bowling today, using mainly the Granite, but at the end, switched over to my Ogres to see if I could get a read on how the Blurple matches with the original on a fresher shot (my first 3 games with the granite were the ONLY games bowled on the pair, it was a normal THS.
The original Ogre, as always, was about 2-3 boards weaker overall than the granite, BUT, had just as much punch at the pins as the Granite. I moved a few right as everything I have seen so far with the Blurple by me and on vid said it was cleaner without the huge jump on the back, and its RIGHT ON! Even on the fresh, the Blurple did not jump off the end of the pattern and had a smooth, but powerful arc to the pocket.
One thing about the Ogres is this, I just CAN NOT get over how hard these puppies hit. They just whack the pins, flat out.
I could see the typical house bowler purchase the Blurple and original ogre and have about 90% of what they will ever encounter covered. These balls are just that darn good!
