quote: No need to PM me Scotts ill answer here IMO the basic difference is where these two balls start to make their move on the lane. The ogre pearl reads the lane a bit earlier and makes more of an arcing motion, where as the Gladiator Pearl is longer with a much stronger move in the backend...as the amount of volume increases you will start to see some overlap between the two. But they really make a good one two punch on most mediums. I can start with the Ogre Pearl, and when that starts checking up a bit too early, i can go right to the gladiator pearl and stay in the same part of the lane.
quote: Thanks Britton...and thanks Scott for asking it as I'm in the process of getting the Gladiator Pearl plugged.
quote: Like you NEED another weapon in an already potent arsenal! I'm still putting my money on my all-Gargoyle army!!! I'm starting to realize just HOW good that Violet is. Now I know why you let me keep this one on the shelf for so long before I had it punched up! If you look up "benchmark ball" in the dictionary, there should be a pic of this ball. This fall should be real interesting to say the least...
