Ogre Pearl small review

Ogre Pearl
15lb
Pin 4’’
Top wt. 2.5oz
Ball speed 19-20mph
High rev rate , 45 axis tilt.
Pap 4 5/8’’over and ¾’’ up

I drilled mine 4 ½’’ pin to pap, the pin is above  my bridge ,with the cg kicked out about ½’’ no weight hole needed. The Ogre pearl clears the heads with ease  and reads the mids really good , at the break point it turns the corner hard. It is also a very consistent ball.
This ball has really came alive after  6 games on it. At first I thought it wasn’t gonna be very strong. Now it is alive. I left the cover out of box. I use my Immortal Pearl (800grit polish)to start on fresh condition and then go to the Ogre pearl. Great 1-2 combo , The Ogre pearl goes about 2 feet longer but has a stronger backend the my Immortal pearl. I may change the surface to 2000 grit polished just to get a little more length. The Ogre pearl is very impressive for a mid price ball. Another great ball from VBP.
This is a ball that should never leave your bag unless you are using it.

I preordered the blue / silver Ogre pearl today , cant wait to get another monster in the bag.
