Title: Talk to me about the ogre pearl.

I finally broke down and ordered one, I ve been going back and forth for a while. Ive been doing really good with a B/W orbit extreme, and just got a Heist pearl. Both are very rolly for pearls, and I like the reaction. Is the OP going to be similar? Ill get some pics of the other 2 up later, Heist is 5.5 over bridge, OE is 4 approx 1 o clock over ring with a low hole. Both are much stronger than expected, just seems to be the case of stuff from Texas lately. Im still using both, just a real ball whore and I havent been giving VBP enough love lately.

Its very similar to the Orbit Extreme, maybe a couple boards stronger. Rolly for a pearl, not total arc but definately not a skid/snap ball either. One thing ive noticed is if you send it too wide, it wont make it back. I think its a pretty strong cover, but the core doesnt have enough diff to bring it back. Id like to see the cover on a Gryphon or some other high diff core.

I have one drilled 4X2 and it's just a beast.I have used it so far only playing very deep lines and only needed to adjust the speed to make this ball come back.very powerful and predictable with this ball.

As noted, the ball is a lot stronger of a ball than what people think it is.  I feel that because of the price of the ball, being that it's a mid price ball, people don't expect much.

Boy.....are they are surprised to see what that ball can do!

Great ball!!  Don't use mine often enough what with a New Breed Reactive and Particle Pearl, G3 Gryphon, Immportal Pearl and a Gladiator Pearl.

When I do use it though, my first thoughts are, "I forgot how good this ball was!!"
