"The Glowing Amulet is urethane" IS NOT CONSIDERED TO BE A SPARE BALL, ALTHOUGH IT CAN BE USED AS ONE BY THOSE WITH ENOUGH BALL SPEED OR BOWLINg ON ENOUGH OIL. (sorry cap key got locked by accident)

It is an excellent strike ball on dry and lighter oiled wet/dry lanes. I shot a 675 with one out of the box (until I learned it was a 14 lb ball. The mind is amazing device. It will let yo and NOT let you do any number of things.)

Wish I had a fresh/NIB 15 or 16 lb one ...

Tag on to charlest post I've shot 712 w/ my Glowing Amulet in the past.  Good urethane ball w/ Gargoyle core in it for dry lanes.

Well yeah, on the visionary site says "light oil/ spare ball" but I agree its a urethane and I myself wouldnt use it as a spare ball.

To me the only "true" visionary spare ball is the Clear Gargoyle. The Infrared Amulet has a core so if its not shined enough then that baby will hook if you are going for a 10 and or 7 pin and hits some dry!
