Visionary ball construction
« on: May 15, 2007, 05:02:04 AM »
My first Visionary ball arrived - the Immortal Pearl.  I layout my balls before I get them drilled - I was surprised to find that pin, C.G. and the anti-M.B. pin were exactly in line.  I have never had a ball with a M.B., from any company, that had perfect alignment of the pin, c.g. and mass bias.

Was my ball just luck or can I expect this precise construction in all of the balls from Visionary.

I had the same luck with my Tsunami...

it seems it is luck... pure luck.

I also have a machine where the cg is slightly of to the right and I have seen a H2O where the cg was way off to the left.

and the most ugly thing I've seen was a Ebonite Killer Instinct where the pin-cg-mb almost stood in a 90° (2" pin):

wish you the best with your Immortal...
