I always put a thumbhole in the ball as you have to have all static weights below 1 oz if there are only 2 holes and that is tough to achieve. I haven't used the thumb in months though so I don't roll the ball that way even to test. I did put three games on it tonight and I was very impressed. This was after leagues in a house that gives me fits due to a short pattern and flying backends. Entry angle is so severe with resin that I leave about 2-3 splits a game. Mostly the 2-10 or 7-10. I was able to move 9 boards right with my feet and move my target 5 boards right at the arrows compared to my label highly polished Impact Zone. I had no splits in three games. I had miss room both left and right of target. Speed control was more important because it was fairly easy to throw the ball past the breakpoint if the speed crept up. Pocket % was very good. Carry was fair light, good solid, and great high flush. You can tell this isn't resin by its arching nature and greater deflection. The cover feels almost oily it is so slick and hasn't a mark after 3 games. I don't know about completely dry heads but this is a great ball for a short wet/dry pattern. An official review will follow after I see the ball on more conditions.
