I would prefer that, if they are going to make a SPARE ball, that it be a plain old hard plastic or urethane pearl and NOT some gimmicky, high dollar, clear piece of junk.
Yea, they look cool, but I ain't into throwing some mythical beast at my tenpins, especially if it costs $100 more than a blue dot. Either one will knock down just as many corner pin spares.
P.S. I would actually prefer that visionary stick to the great, high quality stuff they have always done and not get into the stupid, "clear ball filled with paraphenalia" contest. The gargoyles, executioners, gryphons, and centaurs I have used have been some of the best quality and performance balls I've ever used.
