I am 21 years old and only started bowling 2 years ago. I have alot of good bowlers (225-240 avg.) in the centers I bowl in, and for some reason they all want to help me succeed. The greatest thing about it is that they give me advice, spend time with me working on my game (both mental and physical), and they give me old equipment once they get tired of it. I work in a bowling alley now, and have learned plenty about all aspects of bowling. I drill my own equipment, average around 215, and recently won the Paducah City and Murray City tournaments. They say I'm a natural, but I have a long way to go.
Anyways, I was asked to go to Corpus Christi this year with some very good bowlers, and I was the youngest in any squad I participated in. I shook a little at first, but realized that I could be just as good as anyone else if I remained focused and confident. I am glad to hear there are other younger bowlers with the similar interest in the game. Bowl on brother, bowl on.
