I already turned. First adult thing I bowled was just a little 6-gamer at Forest Lanes. I've also bowled a couple little tournaments that are more for the fun part. I'm hoping to be there with you Mase, in Henderson, but I don't know if I will be able too. I am thinking about bowling ABT this weekend, seeing how I will get about 20 or more sticks a game, hahaha! If I win enough, then I mostly likely will be there.

Good luck to you all, I am pretty sure we will all still cross paths some where.

And Mase, I still doubt your going to turn there buddy...

Hey Mase..."HOLY MACARONI! HOLY MACARONI! HOLY MACARONI!"

hehe

As for me, I am turning the first week after Labor Day, bowling Del Rio Monday nights and probably going to bowl the better bowlers tour since I get sticks like B-Car. Speaking of that, do you know how far back they go for abta, I would bowl it with 15 sticks a game

I too allowed the Peterson Classic to claim my adult bowling cherry... bowled with a couple of friends.  Was an absolute blast.  Never had more fun going 420 down for 8 games.  I highly suggest it.

I am 21 years old and only started bowling 2 years ago.  I have alot of good bowlers (225-240 avg.) in the centers I bowl in, and for some reason they all want to help me succeed.  The greatest thing about it is that they give me advice, spend time with me working on my game (both mental and physical), and they give me old equipment once they get tired of it.  I work in a bowling alley now, and have learned plenty about all aspects of bowling.  I drill my own equipment, average around 215, and recently won the Paducah City and Murray City tournaments.  They say I'm a natural, but I have a long way to go.

Anyways, I was asked to go to Corpus Christi this year with some very good bowlers, and I was the youngest in any squad I participated in.  I shook a little at first, but realized that I could be just as good as anyone else if I remained focused and confident.  I am glad to hear there are other younger bowlers with the similar interest in the game.  Bowl on brother, bowl on.
