I'm in the process of developing a high level aggressive youth coaching program in our area. The main goal is to produce top level youth bowlers ready to advance to college and other higher levels. None of the sitting in a seat or behind the bowlers area coaching. This is on the approach intensive training one on one or in small groups. Completely different than most youth programs. Any comments or suggestions would be appreciated.
