It is only a school record as far as I know, It might be a state record too. Not sure...
But, as a 10 man regular team, for the 2 individual regular games, our 10 man team average was 210.81. Pretty impressive IMO considering 4 of those 10, this is there first year on the team.
Also, we all seniors/1 junior in HS.

Thanks guys!

as of right now...here are a few sport shot averages I know of...we all bowl in the same league mostly...

I am averaging 191.
Christain is at a 201
Joey is at a 186.
Matt Sea is at a 187.

Those are the only guys in my sport shot league, I dunno about the rest...

When did they start these records?  I know for a fact that a 4 man JR team when I was in youth shot 1007 at a state tournament for a team.  This was around 99-00 I believe.

None the less, nice bowling.  Take it to the next level (college).

I think we are talking 4 people here, not 5. At least I was talking about 4 person...

quote:
No offense...but how that's a state record is unbelieveable...it should be WAAAAY higher.

The Hoffman Estates High School Girls Team shot 1246 for 5 girls a couple years back.
there were 2 freshman, 2 sophomores and 1 senior.
for those of you mathematically handicapped, thats a 251.2 avg.
Now THAT, my friends, is a state record to be proud of.

maybe it's a center record or something...my team has shot over 1000 a few times and 2945 set before....which isn't a record anywhere but my center.
